About

"People start to heal the moment they feel heard."

I have spent my life learning, traveling, growing, and helping others. I had the privilege of growing up an “Air Force Brat” which allowed me the opportunity to live and travel in the United States and abroad. As an educator and school counselor, I continued to explore new places, cultures, and people, living and working in both Germany and the United States. I am a caregiver as well as a support system for a family member with Cancer. This varied experience allows me to bring my clients an open, accepting, judgement-free environment to explore their lives.
